I came across the news 2 hours after the bombing and instantly felt really, really terrible. Bangkok has always been one of my most favorite cities in the world - vibrant, lively, jovial, yet still serene and venerable - so I could not help but feel the pain. My deepest condolences to those who lost their family members and friends.
